Wheel Hub Bearing
The wheel hub bearing unit is developed on the basis of standard angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. It integrates two sets of bearings into one and has the advantages of good assembly performance, no clearance adjustment, light weight, compact structure, large load capacity, grease can be pre-loaded for sealed bearings, no external wheel hub seals and no maintenance. It has been widely used in cars and there is a trend of gradually expanding its application in trucks.

1.First generation wheel hub bearing: It is composed of double-row angular contact bearings, with a relatively simple structure, but it has a certain degree of maintenance convenience
2.Second generation wheel hub bearing: There is a flange on the outer raceway for fixing the bearing, which can be simply put on the axle and fixed with a nut, making the maintenance of the car easier
3.Third generation wheel hub bearing unit: A highly integrated bearing unit with a flange for mounting the brake disc and a flange for mounting the steering knuckle to ensure high-precision operation. The third generation wheel hub bearing unit also integrates a speed decoder to provide the signals required for ABS/ESP suspension control, improving driving comfort and reliability
