Thrust Ball Bearing

Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads when running at high speeds. They are composed of a washer-shaped ring with a raceway groove for ball rolling. Since the ring is seat-shaped, thrust ball bearings are divided into two types: flat seat pad type and self-aligning spherical seat pad type. In addition, this type of bearing can withstand axial loads but not radial loads.

Bearing composition: Thrust ball bearings are composed of three parts: seat ring, shaft ring and steel ball cage assembly. The one that matches the shaft is called the shaft ring, and the one that matches the housing is called the seat ring.

Advantage

1. Various types: Available in one-way and two-way types, suitable for axial loads in different directions

2. Self-aligning performance: Bidirectional thrust ball bearings have self-aligning performance, which can reduce the impact of installation errors

3. High-quality materials: Ultra-clean steel and high-quality steel balls are used to extend bearing life and improve performance

Application

Suitable for low-speed parts, such as crane hooks, vertical water pumps, vertical centrifuges, jacks, low-speed reducers, etc.
