Pillow Block Bearing
Pillow Block Bearings are a type of bearing with a housing that is used to support rotating shafts and couplings in power transmission systems. It consists of a housing (mounting block) and an insert bearing that is usually self-aligning.
The bearing housing is perpendicular to the shaft and has bolt holes that allow the user to secure the pillow block bearing in place. In addition, this type of mounted bearing is sealed and guarded to create a clean, enclosed environment.
